To make Ghee Kaju Mysorepak, ghee (clarified butter) is used to roast cashew nuts and chickpea flour (besan) until aromatic. Then, a sugar syrup is prepared and mixed into the roasted besan and cashews. The mixture is cooked until it thickens and begins to leave the sides of the pan. It is then poured into a greased tray, smoothed out, and allowed to set before being cut into squares.

The result is a rich, buttery sweet with a smooth, melt-in-the-mouth texture and the delightful crunch of cashews, making it a favored treat for special occasions and celebrations.
