3. Order Placement & Fulfillment

  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

  • Orders must be placed in advance for bulk, gifting, or customized requests.

  • For customized wedding plates, gift packs, or catering, a detailed discussion and advance confirmation will be required.

4. Payment Terms

  • Orders are confirmed only after full or partial advance payment, depending on the product or service type.

  • We accept UPI, bank transfers, and cash (for local orders).

  • Final pricing will include applicable delivery charges and packaging fees, if any.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • We provide worldwide shipping. Delivery times may vary based on location and courier services.

  • We ensure proper packaging, but we are not responsible for delays or damages caused by courier partners once dispatched.

  • For bulk or fragile items, additional protective packaging may be applied.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled or refunded due to the perishable and customized nature of our products.

  • Refunds or replacements are only applicable in case of incorrect or damaged items upon delivery, reported within 24 hours of receipt with proof (images/videos).

7. Return Policy

  • Due to hygiene and food safety regulations, we do not accept returns of any consumable products.

  • For damaged packaging or concerns, please contact us immediately upon receipt.

8. Custom Orders and Personalization

  • For customized gifts or wedding plates, advance planning and mutual agreement on designs, delivery dates, and payment terms are required.

  • Once designs are finalized and orders confirmed, changes may not be accepted.
